After the bug hype in recent years, Gryö endeavours to normalize entomophagy in the form of tasty and highly nutritious snack bars.
The bars have a dried fruit and nut base and are all gluten, dairy, soy and refined sugar free. They are made with organic ingredients and are high in fibre and are fantastic source of healthy sustainable protein.

Dark Chocolate&Pistachio is the naughty but nice bar, giving the illusion of an indulgent treat whilst being packed to the brim with healthy ingredients.
The Ginger&Fig really packs a punch as the most energetic bar with a powerful kick coming from the ginger.
Finally, the Mediterranean favourite is the Apricot&Thyme, with a cake-like composition; the ultra healthy and low calories bar denotes wonderful savoury undertones hinted by the sprinkle of thyme.
