  • Cricket flour is a super food, it is very rich in protein (68%), very low in carbohydrates, contains unsaturated fatty acids and a lot of fiber.

    Cricket powder is naturally rich of fibres, omega 3, omega 6, zinc, selenium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B8, B9, B12, C and E.
