From edible insects is possible to obtain flour (for use in cakes, cookies, pasta, bread, pizza), various types of snacks, energy bars, sports supplements. Which of these products could be more successful in Italy?
"Obviously I am very sensitive to the topic of sports supplements, especially today that our foods are less nutrient, even fruits and vegetables are not those of the past ... so an apple a day no longer keeps the doctor away. Then, it's a good idea to integrate the diet with products that compensate for the loss of nutrients in the foods we consume on a daily basis."
