Payments, Shipping & Returns
Payment: 21bites uses Paypal, the world leader in online payment, with or without creating a Paypal account (just using a payment card).
To process Credit Cards Stripe is used as Payment Processor. We never have access to your card number.

Shipping
Orders to Italy will be shipped by courier, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days,
For international deliveries PostNL International (or an equivalent service) is used and can take between 5–15 working days.
The shipping cost to Italy for orders under 2 kgs is 5.90 €, for orders above 2 kgs is 15.90 €.
The shipping cost to EU for orders under 2 kgs is 9.90 €, for orders above 2 kgs is 20.90 €.
The shipping cost to extra-EU countries is 20.90 € for orders under 2 kgs.
There is free shipping to Italy for orders over 59 €, free shipping to EU for order over 79 €.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery costs will be charged in addition and are not included in the product cost.
21bites does not add on any handling fee to you.
Returns
The products you can buy on our website are food items, so all sales are final.

Payments with Bitcoins, Litecoins and other crypto coins
We are very happy to accept payments with Bitcoins, Litecoins and other crypto currencies. We are big supporters of this new exciting technology, that is changing the way payments and money transfers are handled.
Even if it's not a new technology, it's getting a lot of attention recently, and more people are getting started with it, so we want to make clear some key aspect of the technology.
Bitcoins and Litecoins payments to our web shop are handled by Coinbase Commerce.
When you decide to pay using cryptocurrencies you will be redirected to a Coinbase commerce page, where you can select the payment type and you will be shown a QR code / address that you can use to make the payment from your wallet.
The payment should be done within 15 minutes, after this period the payment address will expiry and a new payment should be done.
If you choose to send a zero or low miner fee the payment could take longer to confirm or it may even not confirm. That means that we don't receive the payment. We suggest to accept the default fee during the payment.
In the event of a refund please contact us and we'll refund you using the crypto coin you used for the payment. Please note, we can refund ONLY for funds that we received.
It is your responsibility to send coins to the correct address. If you transfer coins to the wrong address there is nothing we can do, they are lost.
