Insect burgher at BBQ Championship

Last saturday the city of Jesolo (Italy) hosted "Griglie Roventi", the annual BBQ Championship.

We took part at the competition with our team (Mauro and Christian) presenting an absolute novelty for the event: the edible insects hamburghers!

It was a great success and the hamburghers caught the attention of the public, the jury and the media: a great work to share the value of edible insects with a wide audience!

If you want to try the insects burghers at home, visit our shop!
